Strategy Ratings
Each side rolls the given number of dice and takes the highest. The side with the higher result chooses the type of battle and size of armies.
(Darekil Special Rule: roll an extra die for each planetary system controlled).

5 Natural Survivors Reroll Break-Off test if loser in an assault
